We are an International Oil & Gas Services company located in
Indonesia is seeking people to fill in position with following
experiences and skills :

QHSE Coordinator

Key purpose
To
develop, implement and monitor the overall QA and HSE Management system
of the company for his given perimeter (Area, Country, Project…) (and
related activities), in order to achieve and maintain ISO 9001:2000,
14000 and 18000 certification, in line with established company
policies.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
HSE
• To ensure that the HSE Management system is established and
implemented within the given perimeter.
• To ensure strict compliance within the perimeter of all HSE policies
and procedures.
• To achieve and maintain ISO 14000 and 18000 certification.
• To monitor HSE performance and advise management as required.
• To ensure that an approved HSE plan is established prior to the
implementation of any project.
• To coordinate HSE activities within the perimeter and in relation
with the Regional HSE coordinator.
• To maintain an up to date knowledge of all legal and corporate HSE
requirements and practices.
• To effectively promote HSE awareness with the management, region and staff.
QAHSE
• To develop and implement the company Quality Management system.
• To achieve and maintain ISO 9001:2000 certification.
• To monitor QMS performance and advise management as required.
• To ensure that an approved Quality plan is established prior to
implementation of any project.
• To coordinate QMS activities within the perimeter and in relation
with the Regional HSE coordinator.
• To maintain an up to date knowledge of all corporate Quality
requirements and practices.
• To promote QMS awareness with the management, region and staff.


Qualification
• QHSE Diploma
• Minimum 5 years experience in engineering project in the oil and gas industry
• Minimum 3 years experience in QHSE Function
• Understanding of ISO 9000/14000/18000 systems
• Computer literacy
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Indonesia + English)
