Mulia Industry was established in 1986. Has been listed at the Jakarta Stock Exchange and started to go public in 1994 as PT. Mulia Industrindo, Tbk. Up to now, all production process take place in Cikarang with +/- 6.000 employees. To strengthen our company development, now we are looking professional candidates to fill in the position as: Human Resources Department Head Job Description: 1. Develop and conduct HR processes include organization development, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits 2. Manages and maintains HR daily activities and submit report to Superior. 3. Manages the system, policy and procedures for employee and industrial relation throughout the company. 4. Planning all necessary actions in order to solve problems that may arise in the field of HR arrive at working solution. Qualifications: 1. Male/ female, 32-40 years old 2. Bachelor degree from reputable university or overseas. 3. Min 10 years experience in HR area (Recruitment, Training, Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefit, General Affair), with 3 years minimal experience in Managerial Level. 4. Fluent in verbal and written in English. 5. Dynamic, strong analytical skill and strong leadership. 6. Familiar with updated HR concept with solid knowledge and background in all HR area 7. Ability to design and implementing HR strategy to improve organization. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the credibility to interact with senior levels or management from both internal and external perspective. 9. Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
