1. Male, 35-40 years old
2. Min S1 from Psychology, Law, Management
3. Have experience at least  5 years in Retail Industry - Focus in Development Area
4. Have a good leadership skill, communication, and interpersonal skill
5. Have a good analytical thinking, and teamwork
