We are a multinational executive search company which has established relevant track record in providing executive search services for a wide variety of sectors and industries from banking and financial services, semiconductors and electronics, logistics, transportation, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, fast moving consumer goods, automotive and insurance among others.

Currently we are doing a research for our client a subsidiary of a well-known heavy machinery product holding group, which is a leading provider of rental power solutions in Indonesia. As part of its vision and strategy to become a Power Solutions Provider, our client is aligning its organization to grow power business beyond diesel power rental. First steps include development of businesses such as Power Financial Services, Power Plant Operation and Maintenance, and IPP. According to this, they are looking for a person to heads up it's corporate as Business Development Leader.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADER
Main responsibilities:
• For approved project(s), lead project development until closure,
including establishment of project team/organization;
• Assess power supply and demand situation/projects, match with
company's current and potential capabilities;
• Generate potential business opportunities/projects;
• Develop and lead Business Development team;
• Assess business feasibility (including technical and legal
requirement relevant project investment, rate of return, risks);
• Perform/lead a team to perform project due diligent as required.

Qualifications:
• Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical) with MBA degree is
preferred
• 7-10 years business development experience in power/infrastructure
field
