SEAMEO TROPMED RCCN UI looking for qualified candidate to fill the following positions:

Secretary / Administrative Officer:
S1 with minimum 1 years experience or Diploma degree with minimum 3 years experience and responsible for managing correspondence, day to day administrative responsibilities, compiling report, organize and coordinate meeting / event and manage overall unit documentation.
Recruitment Qualifications
• Female
• Minimum Diploma Degree with specialized in Secretary or Administration
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Good computer skill.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Having good initiative, self confident, discipline, enthusiastic and usually work under pressure
Training Officer:
S1 with minimum 2 years experience or Diploma degree with minimum 4 years experience and responsible for managing and coordinating day to day administrative of training / course.

• Female
• Minimum Diploma Degree with specialized in Administration, secretary or management
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Good computer skill.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Having good initiative, self confident, discipline, enthusiastic and usually work under pressure
