We are manufacturers and distributors of Road Transport & Materials Handling Equipment. Our company supports several oil-gas, mining industry and other relevant industry. With steady growth and expansion we need qualified candidates for :
1 (one) TRAINING OFFICER
Job Scope & Responsibilities :
- Identify & Develop training curriculum.
- Prepare Training Material & Module Development.
- Facilitate & Coordinate Certification process.
- Facilitate Coordinate & Monitoring Training (Class & OJT).
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness, reporting and feedback.
- Maintain Training System (Documentation).
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in automotive/ fabrication engineering/ mining industry is preferred for this position
- Required language(s): English
- Experience as a trainer/ instructor is preferred,
- Knowledge in mechanical/ hydraulic/ pneumatic and mechatronic is an advantage.
- Competency and Personal character: Preparedness to learn the above skills, flexible, adaptable, able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Preferably Senior Staff specializing in Training and Development or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to relocate or work in Tangerang area (Tigaraksa).
