Including but limited to designing user requirement into business requirement, creating stages for system development, implementing project inventory and preparing monitoring report to users. As a bridging between User and IT, this role will also responsible for coordinating, facilitating, scheduling system testing, and evaluating the result based by the performance. Qualification : · Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience as a business analyst from insurance, banking, or financial institution. · Poses comprehensive understanding of business process and project management skills. · Strong background on computer skills, especially on programming application. · Good in verbal and written communication, drive for result, and business acumen to make continuous improvement.
