Due to rapid business expansion we invite professionals and dynamics people who are ready to be located in Balikpapan or Site Forestry and fill those positions:
 
1.   FINANCIAL CONTROLLER MANAGER (FC-MGR)
The successful candidate will be handle overall policy and management for the finance and accounting functions. Reporting to the Finance Director, the main responsibilities include Planning & Budgeting, Audit & Internal Controls, Tax, cash-flow planning, costs analysis and internal controls.
Requirements:
* Age max 40 years old.
* Candidate minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Min. GPA  3,0 from reputable university..
* Minimum 5 years experienced as Financial Controller Manager in Pulp Mill, Chip Mill, Plantation/HTI Company or related.
·         Must be well versed in Microsoft applications and have experience in using SAP software.
·         Good Communication in English both oral and written.
·         Mandarin skills is preferred.
* Based in Balikpapan .
 
2.      PLANNING SENIOR MANAGER (PL-SMGR)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Plan, coordinate, monitor, evaluate and control all Forest Planning(Plantation/HTI) activities up to estates to comply with approved budget with strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government & Employees Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
§         Age max. 40 years old.
§         Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry from reputable university.
§         Min. 7 years experience in a similar position.
§         Ready to be located in Kalimantan , operational site forestry.
 
3.   PLANTATIONMANAGER (P-MGR)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Plantation (HTI) Operation based on Planting target with strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government & Employees Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
§         Male, age Max. 40 years old.
§         Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry from reputable university.
§         Min. 5 years experience in a similar position.
§         Ready to be located in Kalimantan , operational site forestry.
 
4.   UNLOADING SUPERINTENDENT (UN-SUPT).
The ideal candidate will be experience to handle unloading operation, supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in loading and unloading of ship's cargoes. Inspects load-test certificates of ship's booms and cargo handling gear to ensure they meet shipping & safety regulations, and that cargo will not exceed specified load capacity with good leadership and computer
Requirement:
·         Male, age max. 40 years old.
·         Graduated of Marine or related
·         Having certificate of ANT : IV/III
·         Willing to work at Telukwaru, Balikpapan , Kaltim.
