Summary :
Responsible for overseeing the training program, including the assessment, plan, implementation, facilitation, tracking and day - to – day operations. Ensure that associates have the required tools, knowledge, and skills to perform their jobs. Works with all management and develop a learning culture. Monitors the effectiveness of training.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible new employee orientation and training plan.
- Work closely and efficiently with all other departments, particularly Human Resources.
- Familiarize associates with established training policies, procedures rules and regulations.
- Communicate regularly with the training manager to identify training needs and align training with the company strategy
- Thoroughly understand and communicate the training program to all personnel inspiring self-development.
- Continually follows up with associates to ensure the effectiveness of training programs. Makes modifications to align retraining with developing needs.
- Participate in training activities to increase personal skill levels, to improve overall associates.
- Schedule blended training opportunities between coaching, mentoring and other training methods.
- Maintain and update all required employee paperwork, including filing their training certifications and all other training documentation.
- Track training progress and follows up to keep on track, ensure completion of the program in a timely productive manner.
- Develop detail task list for each job.
- Maintain program for the annual certification of all employees.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 2 – 3 years of similar position preferably have experience as production supervisor.
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities professional and timely manner.
- Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, organization and interpersonal skill.
- Self-starter and proactive approach in resolving problems and issues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel. Treat all with dignity and respect. Open and receptive their needs.
- Ability to coach team members formally and informally
- Ability to effectively present information in clear manner, demonstrate procedures and respond to questions.
- Excellence English & Computer literate.
