Our client is seeking Indonesian Account Executives to work in their shared service centre based in Kuala Lumpur.
My client Sime Darby is a huge Malaysian conglomerate that is listed in Bursa Malaysia. They have business divisions in Plantations, Property, Industrial, Motors, Energy & Utilities, and Healthcare. Their annual Net profit is in the vicinity of RM 2.3 Billion.

Responsibilities:
You will assist the Function Lead by managing and supervising your team in delivering services to Sime Darby's Business Divisions. This will include managing your team during the transition of services from Business Divisions to GSC during the knowledge transfer phase.

• Leading and managing the implementation and service transition of functions from Business Divisions to GSC.
• Recommending, developing and implementing solutions for continuous improvement opportunities and ensure successful implementation.
• Supervising and managing your team in delivering services to Business Divisions in accordance to established policies, work processes and procedures.
• Ensuring that your team delivers services within the agreed service levels and targets as defined in the Service Level Agreement.
• Resolving issues during day-to-day operations in partnership with Business Divisions.
Requirements:
• A recognized degree in Finance/ Accounting or professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc.
• 3 to 5 years experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Well-versed in Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), International Accounting Standards (IAS) and relevant local accounting standards
• Experience in shared services is preferable.
• Exposure in a large and reputable audit firm would be an added advantage.
• Exposure and experience in SAP/CODA/IFCA.net ERP systems would be an added advantage.
• Extensive and in-depth knowledge and understanding of Finance functions and has applied knowledge and experience in complex working environments.
