We invite qualified executives to fill the following position: - SECURITY MANAGER (CHIEF SECURITY) - Requirements: - A minimum of 4 years work experience in a relevant field (Hospitality Industry).
- Excellent communication and networking skills in English and Indonesian (both oral or written)
- Good IT skills and experience of working in an office, including: MS Word, Excel.
- Excellent understanding of the Police and Security in Jakarta
- Self-motivation and the ability to work without supervision
- Strong competencies in; Man Management, Training and Report writing
- The ability to work in a team
- Solid understanding of public/guest/employee safety, plus structural and facility security.
- Strong customer service orientation and skills.
- Excellent listening skills and great ability to resolve problems.
- Great knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.
- Solid knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations
