Responsible to handle Incoming requests and complaints from customers; first level troubleshooting for EDC & Network problems; monitoring NAC network; escalate unresolved problem to relevant department; and collect data & problem log
Qualifications:
- Male / Female, experienced in similar area would be an advantage
- Hold a minimum high school certificate
- Able to work within a team or individually
- Communicate well to others
- Clear articulate voice
- Service oriented and helpful attitude
- Hard-worker, smart, diligent, meticulous, self-driven, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Fluency in English both verbal and written is required
- Able to work in shifts
