A new luxury yacht is currently being built and will start sailing in July 2010. It will carry wealthy guests and sail all around Indonesia, maximum capacity of guests is 14.
Our client is looking for a Head Chef to be in charge of all the meals being served on board (breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea time).
Style of food will be mostly Westerner Cuisine with emphasize on healthy food.
The Head Chef will also be responsible for creating menus, ordering, purchasing, hygiene, inventory, etc.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience on board ships (cruise-ships or yachts).
