Kodeco Energy is a multinational operator of Production Sharing Contract in Indonesia, in the business of oil and natural gas exploration and exploitation. In line with our expansion plan, we are currently seeking candidates to fill the following positions :
Business Process Analyst (Code : BA)
Main job & responsibility: Under the supervision of IT Coordinator to identifies, documents, analyses and optimizes business process requirement, including SOP; assists in facilitating departments to develop strategy, KPI's, targets and intiatives, and in monitoring the strategy implementation and performance.
Requirement :
- Male/Female
- S1 Degree in any discipline from a reputable university
- Min. 9 years experience, 5 of which should be in the area of business process and SOP analysis and development. Having experience in System Analysis and design is a definite advantage.
Other competencies :
- Good Computer skill
- Good Analytical Thinking, Initiative
- Good in Data Simulation & Analysis
- Good in Time Management
- Able to work in a team
