They are currently looking for the Compensation & Benefit Specialist who has a solid understanding of all aspects of the compensation & benefit area and has a previous working experience especially in a manufacturing company with over 100 employees. Ideal candidate should possess a minimum of Bachelor Degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 3 (three) years experience in the supervisory / assistant manager level, in-charge of the compensation & benefit in the HR department. Able and willing to work in the Cakung / Cilincing area is an absolute must.
