HELPDESK (HD)
Responsibilities :
- Accepting and identification incoming technical and administration complain from customer
- First level handling problem request and logged from customer
- Coordinating and escalating the interfering complained to related department
Requirements:
- Male/female, age between 20-27 years old
- D1/D3 degree from Telecommunication Engineering/Electrical Engineering/ Informatics Engineering/Industrial Engineering
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to work independently, essentially a self-starter and highly motivated under minimum supervision with result oriented
- Computer literate
- Proficient in English is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
