Project Manager
Job Description:
- Provide project planning and directing
- Report project status to Project Director and Steering Committee
- Control project scope, cost and approve changes
- Resolve issues not resolvable in the project team organisation
- Ensure correct resources available and operating effectively within each project team
- Ensure timely development and implementation of all phases of the system
- Provide day-to-day project management
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience about IT Project Management in the middle or large project's size
- Having knowledge in Marketing Process for Consumer Goods Industry
- Must have knowledge of standard project management methodologies and utilization of project management tools
- Good command both written and spoken in English.
- Good leadership, strong analytical, problem solving, and good interpersonal skill.
- Able to work with team or indepently, self motivated, and result-oriented.
- Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints.
- Hands on CRM application implementation experience in either Oracle-Siebel CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP CRM, Onyx CRM, Saleforce.com or Opensource CRM solutions will be an advantage
Functional Consultant
Job Description:
- Identify and define business requirements including process requirements, reporting requirements, interface requirements, and data conversion requirements
- Adhere to project documentation standards
- Assist clients to configure the system to support the proposed model
Key responsibilities may include:
- Supervising process and functional design activities
- Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
- Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
- Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
- Planning and executing data conversion activities (e.g., test data)
- Test planning and execution
Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of experience in Marketing area such as Marketing Planning, Campaign Management and Event Management
- Preferably having experience in Consumer Goods industry
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Hands on CRM application implementation experience in either Oracle-Siebel CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP CRM, Onyx CRM, Saleforce.com or Opensource CRM solutions will be an advantage
