In order to ensure constant premium service to our respectful clients, we are looking for full time (permanent) Associate Consultant in our Reward Information Services Department.
Main responsibilities:
- To ensure the provision of up-to-date and accurate data and/or report in line with established internal standard timelines
- To provide consultancy in ensuring technical support and expertise in Information Consulting works
- To proactively plan and manage all aspects of assigned projects so as to meet project timelines
- To provide value-added consultation to clients in corridor of compensation and benefits
- To identify and develop business opportunities, as well as developing new product offerings to improve sales revenue
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from any discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Human Resources, especially in Compensation & Benefits area
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Microsoft Office Excel mastery is a must
- Persistent with great attention to details
- Good communication skills
- Able to work within time constraint
- Having spirit of teamwork
