MADfirm is a (startup) boutique specialist firm dedicated to creating worldclass applications for the key mobile software platforms – iPhone, Android, Symbian, J2ME, Windows Mobile and RIM. MADfirm is like Mobile Application Development (MAD) itself a truly global business – we have our main offices in the Netherlands (Utrecht) and Indonesia (Jakarta), but are also represented in the southern hemisphere in New Zealand (Auckland).

We aim to be a one-stop-shop for all aspects of the work, and we can take care of the entire project life-cycle and scope, including:

• Creative – artwork, animation and sound
• Development – phone app as well as an integrated web application infrastructure
• Project & test management

We aim to grow to a studio in Jakarta which has 20 developers, creative artists and animators by the end of 2011. We will also partner with top-artists and animators in Indonesia for specific apps, like the iLead365 app where we partnered with Main Games (2009 animation ICT award winners in Indonesia).

To support our operation in Indonesia, we are looking for students for our internship position as:

INTERN MARKET RESEARCHER (IMR)

Requirements:
• Bachelor/ Master Degree Students in Management/ Business Administration/ Business Studies
• GPA minimum 3.00 (4 scale)
• Preferably experienced in conducting relevant market research and/or affinity with the online or mobile industry
• Preferably Female
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skill.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, willing to learn, excellent team-player and be able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• English proficiency is a must, both is oral and written

The incumbent will be responsible in conducting a market research with the topic : "To explore opportunities in mobile and online marketing in Indonesia". We will provide transport costs and meals.
