Our Client, an Insurance company providing its services in Life Insurance, Health Insurance & Pension Fund, invites a dynamic candidates to fulfill the vacant position as :
Job Descriptions:
Successfully execute our Client weekly Sales Exhibitions at various hospitals, where his/her sales team (the Protection Advisors) actively approach people (patients, family of patients, visitors, doctors, employees) to present, promote and finally get them to join Insurance protection programs (life, health, education and pension) there and then (without delay)
Requirements :
• S1 (any major)
• Max 30 years old
• Have 2 years of experience in sales (direct selling, not tele selling)
• Have 1 year of experience leading a sales team
• Training background/experience as a trainer is an advantage
• Can communicate clearly
• Enthusiastic
• Willing to model attitude and behaviors expected from the sales team (enthusiastic, optimistic, actively approaching people, handling rejection well, ever self improving)
• Willing to move around as weekly sales exhibitions are conducted at various hospitals in JABODETABEK
*Remuneration Package = Basic Salary + Incentive + Health insurance after 3 months*
