- Strong background ad work experience in Financial management
- Minimum 8 years experience in Sales and Business development area, including minimum 2 years experiences as Operation Manager
- Have experiences as operational people in forwarding or supply Chain Company is a must.
- Have experience in plan, prepare and execute an operational cost budget and formulate short, medium and long term target for operation.
- Active team player, confident, creative and resourceful
- Result-oriented with excellent planning and organizational ability
- Demonstrate history of innovation, excellence and achievement
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written) and strong communication and presentation skills
