The Company

Our strong brand portfolio (Anlene, Anmum, Anchor Boneeto, Chesdale) and our constant drive for innovative and original products have given us added strength to provide global reach with a local touch. 

We are searching for the best individual to join our team and fill several key positions in Scientific and Regulatory Department as follow:

1. Nutritionist Manager (NTM)

  • Develop concept of health and well being and manage portfolio of nutrition to support existing, new product and brand development.

Accountabilities

  • Nutrition Information: (1) Evaluate and generate nutritional information of existing and new product development.
  • Nutrition Formulation: (1) Develop nutrition formulation by considering and using the most up-to-date information on nutrition science, dietary practices of target markets, key nutrition platforms and potential nutrient/health claims, product safety, regulations, and competitor product positioning (2) Ensure nutritional efficiency and safety of FBI consumer products.
  • Provide scientific dossier (document containing scientific evident) to support BPOM product registration: (1) Coordinate clinical research, which is included but not limited to research design, identification of researcher (2) Compile supported scientific journal (3) Conduct scientific event related with proposed claim and or clinical research.
  • Provide sufficient nutrition information to the global FONTERRA BRANDS network to support product branding: (1) Prepare nutrition content for nutrition/health-related publications such as Fact Files, Consumer Query Guides, Issue Files, Market Reviews of Nutrition & Health Related Issues, and health professional publications (2) Response to product and general health/nutrition queries from internal and external customers (3) Develop and deliver of nutrition training courses for appropriate personnel
  • Coordinate and arrange regular scientific discussion with related Key Opinion Leader (KOL).
  • Keep most up to date information about nutrition, dietary practices of target markets, latest research on nutritional requirements and competitor product positioning.

Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor in Food Technology & Public Health. Having both bachelor degree and Medical Doctor would be preferable.
  • Experience: 5 years and has previous experience as nutritionist and Good network with KOL and medical doctors
  • Technical/Functional: Nutrition & food technology
  • Industry: Consumer Good F&B or Diary.

2. Innovation & Renovation Manager (IRM)

  • Drive and manage the product innovation & renovation project.

Accountabilities

  • Analysis and use the categories/market trend. Identification of market and consumer opportunities as well as the competitor activities on consumer activation and product launch.
  • Manage overall innovation and renovation projects for Fonterra Brand Indonesia that covers Anlene, Boneeto, Anmum and Food Services through close co-ordination between marketing/brand group and its brand/category team, planner, operation, regulatory.
  • Ensure that new product development is done on time and meeting success criteria by utilizing available resources in our third party co-packers and internal either local or regional team.
  • Take the lead in development of Project Briefs, Trials, Commercialisation follow the best guidelines and models for Fonterra Brand Indonesia. Continually monitor, report progress against plans and support global/regional category innovations.
  • Work with third party research agency with supports of brand team and regional resources in research activities from ideation, idea screening, concept test to post launch.

Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Experience: 3-5 years in R&D and 2 years in new product development
  • Technical/Functional: R&D, marketing and finance
  • Industry: Consumer Good F&B or Diary.
