EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
In details, you will be in charge in:
Handing all of the secretarial duties such as correspondence, arranging meeting and travel itineraries, coordinating filing system and other related administration duties.
To be a successful in the position, you will be:
o Female, min 28 years old
o Hold a minimum of Diploma Degree from secretarial academy
o Have a minimum of 7 years experiences as secretary of Board of Director or equivalent
o Have broad knowledge about administration matters with good filling ability is a must
o Key attributes for the position is high maturity and confident level, sound initiative and proactive skill, good interpersonal and communication skill.
o Strong attention to detail as well as ability to work under tight schedule is preferred
