HR Services Manager (HRM)
Job Roles
Deliver effective and efficient HR services in the form of: compensation & benefit, company policy, HR system & procedure, employee relation & service and HR reporting.
Accountabilities
- Develop and implement of employee remuneration and benefit policy.
- Coordinate the payment of salary, compensation and benefit on the right time, right amount and right calculation.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee transfer and movement in term of documentation and system update.
- Develop, implement and evaluate of company policies and procedures.
- Manage and maximize the utilization of HR systems (master data, payroll, performance management, leave, etc.) functionality, maintain HR data integrity, and streamlining (implementing new and/or revising) HR business system.
- Plan, coordinate & develop personnel cost budget.
- Control, evaluate and report personnel cost / expense execution.
- Prepare HR performance dashboard and other HR reporting.
- Coordinate facility, working tools and induction for new and existing employee and other HR program (i.e. training, meeting) as well as value implementation.
- Liaise as employee relation to facilitate communication between company and its employee
Qualification
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: minimum 5 years as HR Practitioner
Functional Expertise: C&B, employee services, HR system
Industry: consumer good, beverages, preferably from diary industry.
