Our client, one of the consulting and IT services company in Indonesia immediately looking for : Help desk coordinator & Help desk staff : Male max 30 years old Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology At least 1-2 of years' experience in service desk / technical desk support (for staff) Having experience minimal 2 years as help desk coordinator (for coordinator) Good communication skills, written & verbal (must be fluent in English) Very good support knowledge in Microsoft products, email system, MS Windows OS and Office suite of product Very good knowledge in Service Desk application or other Helpdesk applications Good Knowledge in IT Desktop Peripherals (PC, Notebook, Printer, Scanner, etc) Good knowledge in various business application environment Customer focus, with exceptionally good customer service, inter-personal and telephony skills sets Process oriented Able to perform in fast moving and demanding environment Able to multitasked Team player who is self-motivated, self-disciplined and initiative Candidates who meet the above mentioned qualifications are invited to send their application letter together with a detailed curriculum vitae, academic records, current & expected salary and the latest photograph.
