Deputy HEAD MARKETING
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Age between 35-40 years old
· University degree (S1) for any field min IPK.2,75 is a must
· Speaks English fluently
· Experienced as Group Products Marketing or Marketing Manager min.5 years
· The ideal person would be resourceful, adaptable & mature, with good judgment & a strong marketing tool kit.
· Must possess excellent communications skills.
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Ensure that the marketing activities carried out in line with the overall vision, mission & strategy agreed budget
· Reviewing and approving proposals to Marketing Manager andproduct managers for new & old products in terms of segmentation, targeting, positioning, product, price, assignment and promotion as well as the required budget according to the budget
· Company's profit objective is reached with the appropriate budget
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for the net profit margins based on marketing profit
