HR COORDINATOR/ HR EXECUTIVE
- Male/Female
- Min 1 year experience in HR Department for HR Executive and 3 years as HR Coordinator
- English literate is a must
- Familiar with recruitment process, database, HRIS/HR software
- Familiar with employee competency assessment & training development
- Excellent with problem solving & compliance align with Indonesian labor law
- Excellent of compensation & benefit, negotiation, payroll & Tax PPH21, etc
- Ability of handling end of contract, resignation, termination, etc
- Having experience in recruitment (unlimited resources, conduct interview, personal approach, salary negotiation, etc)
- Able to recruit with deadline
- Dynamic, leadership & mature personality
- Ability to work in a team/individuality with high pressure
- Preferably from Telco industry
