General Qualification:
Male/Female, age maximal 30 years old, Minimum Bachelor in Management or Psychology At least two years HR generalist experience, Solid up- to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
Specific Qualification:
Proactively identifying needed improvements to systems and procedures in line with changing legislation, Devising, implementing and reviewing policies, procedures and contractual documentation, Administering remuneration process and Industrial Relation activity, Primary day-to-day HR support to staff.
