DEKA Marketing Research, a leading independent marketing research company in Indonesia and member of ESOMAR (the world leading organization that serves research into markets, consumers and societies), is currently looking for qualified people to fill the following positions:
1. Project Assistant (Position code: PA-09)
Qualifications:
• Female, max. 27 years old
• Diploma degree in English Literature/Business Administration/related major with GPA min. 3.00.
• Well organized and multitasking person
• Good communication skill especially in English
• Meticulous and service oriented
• Proficient in using MS Office application
2. Secretary (Position code: SCR-09)
Qualifications:
• Female, max. 30 years old
• Min D3 Secretarial Academy with minimum 3 years experience as secretary
• Excellent in English both written and spoken
• Good communication skill, have a strong willing to work, excellent in computer skills including fast and accurate typing
• Has strong initiative and able to perform multi tasking skills well
• Excellent competency in handling general secretarial duties, such as correspondence, prepare presentation and minutes of meeting, filling, setting arrangement, etc.
• Meticulous, well-organized and service oriented
• Good in teamwork and ability to work with limited supervision
3. Qualitative Researcher (code: QLR-09)
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor degree from Psychology, Social Sciences or Economic with GPA min. 3.00
• Having 2 or more years experience in qualitative research
• Friendly personality, empathetic, willing to listen carefully/attentive
• Perceptive, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledgeable in marketing and marketing research
• Outgoing, confident, highly motivated, and a good team player
• Flexible and creative
• Excellent English communication skills is a must
• Proficient in using MS Office application
