Human Resource Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team in delivering full spectrum of Human Resources services
- Handle HR administration work, provide support and advise to employees as required
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the Employee HRM database and confidential personal files
- Plan, develop, manage and administer training programs for employees
- Assist in orientation and induction program for new employees
- Assist in payroll processes
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in HR, preferably in training
- Familiar with full spectrum of HR (training, recruitment, manpower regulations, etc)
- Good command in written and spoken English
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous, organized with an eye for details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant and approachable personality with a positive learning attitude
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Able to work in Lobam, Bintan, Kepulauan Riau
