. Having a good understanding on working capital cycle, and sufficient
. product knowledge on Trade and Cash Management
. Preferably having basic to intermediate skill on financial statement  analysis
. Good market network in the area assigned and preferably having existing corporate/middle market customer base
. Analytical thinking, excellent communication, interpersonal and selling skill
. Aggressive, persistent, and self motivated
. Good verbal and written Englis.
