A leading Jakarta-based publishing Company and creator of multi award-winning travel and lifestyle magazine, DestinAsian, as well as Internationally Renowned Prestige Indonesia and DA MAN, is currently looking for an experienced, details-driven journalist to join its team in Jakarta as IT MANAGER

 

The IT MANAGER will reports to PUBLISHER and is responsible to assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications system infrastructure.  Provide high quality work in web design and web development. In addition, you might also require quickly learning and mastering new technologies, Implements network security at the regional level. Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware/software products. Responds to escalated help desk issues. Oversees troubleshooting system, backups, archiving and disaster recovery and provide expert support when necessary.

Qualification :

Must be able to work independently as well as a team. Able to interact effectively with users at all levels and deliver within tight deadlines.  Fast Learner and like to explore new technologies.  Excellent knowledge of Hardware and Software. Experience in building rich web interfaces and architectures and proven experience of web development technologies and frameworks.   Strong  in Network System, PHP, APACHE/MySQL, HTML, XHTML, CSS. Having good knowledge in Web 2.0 and Content Management System. Experience in design using Flash and Photoshop. Knowledge of mobile platform is a big plus
