URGENTLY NEEDED
IT Support / Helpdesk

General Requirements:
- Male, maximum 30 years old
- Minimum D3/S1 Computer Science/ IT
- Good command in Indonesia & English both oral and written are
an advantages
- Have a good interpersonal skill, proactive, initiative, good
attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and work as an individual and or
team
- Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Specific Requirements:
- Deep knowledge with computer hardware installation and
troubleshooting
- Good knowledge in LAN & WAN Connectivity, Wireless and Remote
Access Connectivity
- Good knowledge in Networking, TCP/IP and Troubleshooting PC
including hardware and software

- Good Knowledge in Common Internet applications and services
(e-mail, Web, ftp, etc.)
- Familiar with antivirus and internet security (firewall, etc)
- Able to setup and manage network device (Cabling, Switch,
Router)
- Understand with TCP/IP configuration
- Familiar to manage "backup/restore" Email with MS
Outlook/Outlook Express
- Have know about progamming and server is added value
- Have min 1 year experience in same related field

Work Location:
LAMPUNG, PALEMBANG

Salary:
Negotiable
