Course Content
1. Definition: Piping, Piping system, Piping components
2. Piping Component: Pipe & tube, Fitting (e.g. elbows, reducers, branch, connections, flanges,etc.), Gaskets, Bolting,Valves, Pipe support, Special items such as expansion joints
3. Piping Drawing: Site plan, Equipment layout, Piping layout (plan), Isometric, support drawing (e.g. Solid works piping software)
4. Design:
ASME B31.3 provides requirements for: Design, Materials, Fabrication, Erection, Inspection, Testing.
ASME B31.3 applied to piping and piping components of all fluid services.
ASME B31.3: Scope exlusions specified
5. Pipe Work
Weld Test include: Tensile, Bending, Impacting, Hardness
Material work: Fabricate, test, certificate, Test (spectrograph), Storing.Person who are engaged.Cutting method

ASTM A53-Steel pipe
ASTM A312-Stainless steel pipe
AWWA C151-Ductile iron pipe
API 5L-Line pipe
ISO 11960, API 5C-Cubing
ASTM A 53/A 53M Electric-welderand seamless steel pipe, black or hot-dip galvanized
ASTM A 106 Seamless carbon steel pipes for high temperature performance.

Practical experience in Design and Manufacturing of Laboratory Equipments :
· Universal Tensile Testing Machine (include data acquisition software).
· Torsion Testing Machine.
· Charpy Testing Machine.
· Experience in Mechanic with Strain Gage
· Metallographic equipments : Cut-off machine, mounting press, rotary grinder and universal polesher machine.
· Wire/Rod Drawing Machine
· Pressure Cell and Load Cell.
· Mechanical Basic Phenomena laboratory Equip.
· Refrigeration System (freezer, cool strorage & AC).
· Data aquisition for laboratory equipments.
Practical experience in Design and Manufacturing of Industrial Machines :
· Hydraulic Press Machine for Assembling Hub & Bolt of Automotive Component (include electrical control with PLC and pressing jig & tool)
· Hydraulic Press Machine for Assembling Hub & Knucle of Automotive Component (include electrical control with PLC and pressing jig & tool)
· Auto-Pad IC Marking Machine – (rotary sistem and electro pneumatic control).
· Auto-Pad IC Marking Machine – (conveyor sistem and electro pneumatic control).
· Engine Analyzer for Locomotive (include data acquisition software).
· Manual Cutting & Bending machine
· NC Countour & Profilling pipe cutting machine.
· CNC mutti-Head Drilling machine
· CNC Flame cutting
