Bakrie Toll Road is a subsidiary of Bakrieland Development. We are focusing in toll road building and management all around Java. Right now we need professionals like you to fulfill these position:
1. HRD & GA Manager
Responsible for managing the HRD & GA daily operational for BTR and its subsidiary, including Recruitment, Employee Services, GA Admin, Personnel Admin, Training Devl & ComBen.
Requirements:
• Min Bachelor Degree in related major
• Having min 2 years experiences in the same position or 4 years experiences as HRD & GA Spv.
• Having experience on Job Evaluation/Work Load Analysis is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in English
2. Compensation Benefit Analyst
Responsible to administer the payroll process and compensation benefit analysis.
Requirements:
• Min Diploma degree in Accounting/Computerized Accounting
• Min 2 years experiences to administer the payroll process
• Familiar to compensation benefit calculation and or analysis
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy, especially Ms Excel or Ms Access. Familiar with HRIS is an advantage.
