Secretary
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 Secretary from reputable Academy
- 5+ years experience as a Secretary; non oil and gas industry experience is welcome
- Good experience in filing documents
- Having experience in invoice control is an advantage
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English both spoken and written; Ability in oral and written communication in Japanese is an advantage
- Computer Literacy. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Familiarization with SAP is an advantage
- Able to work well in a team and having high motivation, discipline, dynamic with good personality
Receptionist
Requirements:
- Minimum D3+ degree from reputable Academy
- 3+ years experience as a Receptionist; non oil and gas industry experience is welcome
- Familiar with PABX telephone system
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English both spoken and written; Ability in oral and written communication in Japanese is an advantage
- Computer Literacy. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to work well in a team and having high motivation, discipline, dynamic with good personality
