The positions are:   A. RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR (Job Code: HR-RS) Degree in Psychology, preferebly Psychologist with SRIPP Has at least 3 years working experience in Recruitment. Has experience as Head Hunter or Recruitment Agency would be a big plus Familiar with Psychological Assessment process and its interpretation Has an unique approach and methods for candidates sourcing Aggresive and able to work under tight schedule Good interpersonal skill   B. TRANING & DEVELOPMENT SENIOR SUPERVISOR (Job Code: HR-TD) Degree from any background Has at least 5 years working experience in T & D fied. Has exposure in Training Consultancy Firm would be an advantage Familiar to set up training modules and schedule, especially for soft skill development Familiar to conduct / deliver training Has excellent communication and presentation skill   C.
