Technical Supervisor (Junior Chef) – Bakery & Casual Dining (Location Jogjakarta)
Search, create and develop sales opportunity, particularly at bakery & casual dining channel and conduct excellent product demo (cooking) program execution. Post Code: TSJG
Responsibilities:
- Develop & maintain sales volume & relationship on the assigned channels, i.e. bakery, hotels, restaurants and cafe
- Work closely with the Foodservices Channel and Technical team for product demos and promotion activities
- Prepare work planning, monthly sales target and its execution
- Provide information about competitor product
- Provide regular monthly sales reports, including sales opportunity
- Control stock availability both in distributor and outlets
- Plan to do business development in the area through joint promo or demonstration
Requirements:
- Has a degree in Hotel & Tourism
- Understand recipes development / cookery
- Able to conduct product (cooking) demo to customer
- 1-2 years experience as chef and has sales (selling skill) background
- Industry background: dairy, food product, F&B and FMCG
