URGENTLY REQUIRED
PT Pacific Fiber Indonesia is a multinational company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in East Kalimantan. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions and requirements:
1. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (TDM)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced to develop employee's knowledge and technical & soft skill, technical training module & soft skill training program, to give training of Production Performance, Effective Supervisory, Mechanic, Operator Log Truck & Heavy Equipment, Performance Measurement, and KPI Scorecard Training with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirement:
· Minimum S1 in Mechanical/Forestry/Agronomy/Human Resources/Psychology or related.
· Minimum 2 years experience as Training Manager.
· Experience working at Forestry or Chip Mill/Manufacturing.
· Age max 40 years old.
· Willing to work at Balikpapan and traveling to Site.
2. RECRUITMENT OFFICER (RO)
The ideal candidate will be assist the Senior Recruiter & Manager in developing job descriptions, update organization structure as and when required,
develop testing tools for recruitment. Control, maintains and updates manpower plan and prepares related yearly, monthly and weekly reports. Search workforce market, identify suitable recruitment channel/net working for company. Designs recruitment advertisements, screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads. Meets walk-in applicants, collects and assesses CVs,
Obtains and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates.
Type employment contracts, and issues engagement advice, update to SAP system, prepare new employee orientation and apprises employee of benefit options, and understand of Human Resources Function.
Requirement:
· Age max. 35 years old.
· Graduated Min. S1 Physiology from reputable University
· Minimum 2 years experience as Recruiter, Multinational Company in Manufacturing & Forestry.
· Understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation.
· Good communication & relation shift.
· Work location in Balikpapan .
2. HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR (HRD-SUPV)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Human Resources Management, such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Career Planning and Industrial Relation with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirement:
· Age max. 35 years old.
· Graduated Min. S1 degree Majoring Law/Physiology/Management from reputable University
· Minimum of 3 years experience as HRD Superintendent, Multinational Company in Manufacturing & Forestry.
· Good understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation.
· Good communication & presentation.
· Work location at Balikpapan & Site Forestry.
General Requirements:
· English and computer literacy are a must.
· High motivation, disciple, team work, dynamic with good personality
· Willing to traveling to Site Forestry.
