DONATA SERVICES INDONESIA is recruiting professionals for our client, a multinational company in Agrochemical Industry in Indonesia. We are recruiting experienced talented people to be position as:

Marketing Manager (Code: MM)
1. Indonesian citizen aged max 45 years old
2. Graduate in Agricultural Science or related fields
3. Fluent in spoken and written English
4. At least 7 years working experience in sales and marketing of agrochemicals / fertilizers of which last 2-3 years as Sales Manager or higher position in a medium/large sized company engaged in agrochemicals/fertilizers business with complete in charge of sales and marketing
5. Must have thorough knowledge of Indonesia Agchem Market
6. Computer literate and able to work independently
7. Possess a valid driving license

Area Managers:
a. Area Manager – North Sumatera (Code: AM-NS)
b. Area Manager – South/West Sumatera (Code: AM-SS)
c. Area Manager – Central Java (Code: AM-CJ)

General requirements:
1. Graduated or post graduated in Agricultural science.
2. Ages maximum 40 years old.
3. Has minimum experience 7 years in the Agchem Industry.
4. Able to communicate in English and computer literate.
5. Honest, Good analytical skill and teamwork.

Area Supervisors:
a. Area Supervisor – North Sumatera (Code: AS-NS)
b. Area Supervisor – South Sumatera (Code: AS-SS)
c. Area Supervisor – Central Java (Code: AS-CJ)
d. Area Supervisor – East Java (Code: AS-EJ)
e. Area Supervisor – South Sulawesi (Code: AS-SUL)

General requirements:
1. Graduated or post graduated with Agriculture degree.
2. Ages maximum 35 years old.
3. Has minimum experience 3 years in the Agchem Industry.
4. Able to communicate in English and computer literate.
5. Honest, Good analytical skill and teamwork.
