KJI Plaza, a Shopping Centre Management Office and a member of LIPPO Group that are located in East Jakarta requires candidates for such positions:

CHIEF ENGINEERING

Bachelor degree in Technic/Mechanic/Civil.
At least 2-3 years in the same position of property management / building management.
Fluent in English is a must.
Must able to operate computer and its literacy.
Responsible for all centres machinery, equipment and daily operation.
Assisting Operation Manager to do daily checklist, monitor daily operation as instructed and to evaluate maintenance and operation system and to be able to propose energy efficiency.
