Quality Control Area Manager - Cibinong
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and organizing all QC line process and packing inspection, incoming material, laboratory analysis, flavor room, and out sources activities on each plant.
- Maintaining & following up quality system, food safety system, quality plan, quality standard and specification
- Controlling and analyzing trend performance of quality inspection and provide quality improvement plan to maintain the stability of quality
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent from Consumer Goods Food Industry/ Pharmacy
- Mature, strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
- Having proven effective leadership and team work
- Having deep knowledge about food processing, SPC, Laboratory Analysis, and Quality Control mechanism & operation
- Fluent in English speaking & writing
- Willing to be located in Cibinong, Bogor
