Our Client, a leading European-based Engineering MNC providing Power Solutions services is currently looking for a talented professional to assist in the growth of their representative office in Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for developing existing and new key accounts for the company. This position takes fortitude, entrepreneurial instinct and top relationship building skills to be successful.
Sales Specification Engineer (Based in Jakarta)
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, expand and grow the business for new and existing Clients - managing and interpreting customer requirements (understand, anticipate and meet their needs)
· Capable to identify and contact Clients key personals
· Responsible for price quotation, tender process and contract terms to meet both customers and company's targets
· Generating sales & revenues as targeted budget in order to meet or exceed the company's objectives
· Responsible for the technical solutions, organization, planning and commercial budget feasibility of the bid/negotiation with clients.
· Committing and maintaining customer satisfaction
· Preparing, recording and maintaining sales reports as well as customers contact data
· Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education/knowledge as per Client's request
· Supporting sales & marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and any other business related events
· Reporting directly to the General Manager/Country Representative in Indonesia
Profile:
· Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation, Industrial Sales)
· Indonesian national, 25-30 years old, male preferred
· Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar position
· Solid knowledge & experience in Power supply/control/system solutions products
· Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial flair
· Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
· Highly self-motivated and able to effectively manage competing priorities
· Proficiency both in English & Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written)
· The role will require significant travel within Indonesia. International mobility is essential.
