Tax Officer

Responsibilities:

  • At least 5-8 years' experience in accounts preferably in services Industries
  • Age above 30 years old
  • Hard working and strongly committed to his/her job
  • Team player and able to work well with others
  • Accounts knowledge up to finalization
  • Bachelor degree from reputed University
  • Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written
  • Software skills (Words, Excel, Power Point etc)

Job descriptions:

  • Handling complete activities related to IT, withholding tax, VAT and Jamsostek returns and controlling functions
  • GL accounts reconciliations
  • Preparing balance sheet schedules
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Checking & posting all the AP, AR and GL transactions
  • Inter Branch Account Reconciliations
  • Freight invoicing , checking and updating the job card

Job descriptions:

·        Sending out the weekly and monthly outbound invoices to each station/partner/agent.
·        Continuous follow-up on outbound cases and resolving any discrepancies.
·        Issuing credit notes for the inbound for stations only.
·        Invoicing COD on weekly basis.
·        Updating outbound rates with the Operations team when/if needed.
