Responsibilities: ,

Lead the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and system effective and fast recruitment processes. ,
Ensure recruitment & selection process are well implemented. ,

Requirements: ,

Male / Female, age maximum 35 years old. ,
Bachelor Degree in Psychology with min GPA 3.00 from reputable university. , Psychologist is preferable. ,
Min 5 years work experiences in Recruitment & Selection field. ,
A solid experience in Recruitment & Selection with a large scale organization is preferable. ,
Familiar with Psychological Testing and Interview technique. ,
Posses strong leadership and strong personality capability to ensure The Recruitment Process. ,
Flexibility and commitment. ,
Passion for learning, extensive knowledge about people / HR field and people oriented. ,
Fluent in English. ,
High communication skills. ,
Computer literate. ,
Good looking. ,
