Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:

  • To conduct selection process and induction program for new employee
  • To conduct panel review for probationary and promotion employee

Requirements:

  • Holding Bachelor degree in Psychology and perform profession program
  • Min. 1 year experience in recruitment and selection or assessment
  • Male/Female with max age 28 y/o
  • Broad knowledge and skills of psychological assessment tools
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Proficiency in English both oral and written
  • Computer literate
