PT. Ayoklik Indonesia, the company publishing and managing Urbanesia.com, a city lifestyle directory for Indonesia, is looking for a Customer Relation Officer to maintain Urbanesia's clients.

Requirements:
- Temporary Contract, with permanent career chance,
- Female, Attractive appearance, Single, max. 25 years old,
- Computer Literate (MS.Office),
- Diploma (D3) in Public Relation, IT, or Marketing,
- Good command of English both written and spoken,
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skill,
- Well-organized, energetic team player, able to take initiative and multi-task,
- Will be located at Arteri Pondok Indah - South Jakarta.

Responsibilities:
- Fields all member complaints and concerns.
- Give excellent and professional service to customer accordance to quality customer service guidance.
- Handles all admin related tasks, including email, letters, meeting notes and reports.
- These tasks include to provide information and to coordinate with related section to achieve customer expectation.
- The applicants must be self-motivated and highly customer service oriented.
