General Manager Business Segment ( GM BS – BTEL )
Job Description :
This job is focused on managing a deal through the sales stages and is primarily accountable for sales closure by managing both BPO (Business Process Outsource) and own sales forces. This division sells voice and data services including data access and further customized telecommunication solutions for SME and Corporate customers. The type of product/ervices is Prepaid & Postpaid for CUG, SMS Bulk, AHA for business, Corporate RBT, SLI 009, Voip, E-payment etc. The target segment is only focus on SME and Corporate segments. This job is also responsible for the end to end process of pre and post selling processes.
Qualification :
- Sales and BPO background
- Entrepreneurial background
- Relationship focused and have been involved in a complex sales cycle
- Preffered from Telco industry
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) both in english & bahasa indonesia and interpersonal skills
- Strong supervisory, coaching skills
- Must display professionalism and confidence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven global expertise and perspective; executive level presence and influence
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills
- Excellent business acumen and industry acumen
