DONATA SERVICES INDONESIA is a Human Resources Consultant firm in Indonesia. Currently we are helping our client, an Oil and Gas Services company in Indonesia to recruit the best talented person as:

Personal Assistant (Code: PA)
a. Female max. 35 years old.
b. Min. D3 from a reputable secretarial academy or S1 from a reputable university.
c. Min. 2 - 5 years experience as Secretary or Personal Assistant, experiences in oil & gas company is preferable.
d. Fluent in English both oral and written, in particular translation from Bahasa Indonesia to English and vice versa.
e. Good understanding in administration, filling system, and other multi-task skills.
f. Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power point), Outlook, and Internet etc.
g. Attractive, good attitude, professional & pleasant personality.
h. Honesty, Positive attitude, good self-confidence, independence and consistency
i. Must possess excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
j. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
k. Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills.
l. Able to attend external meeting and/or activities as per request.
m. Word processing and filing: organizing and maintaining information.
