1. PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA)
a. Male / Female, 22 - 25 years
b. Min. D3-Secretary (preferably) or S1 from any relevant discipline
c. Good command of English
d. Computer literate
e. Energetic
f. Able to work under pressure and meticulous
2. HUMAN RESOURCES HEAD (HRH)
a. Male, max 30 years
b. S1 degree in any disciplines
c. Min 2 yrs of experience at the same level
d. Able to create and implement HR system, policies and procedures
e. Have excellent knowledge of labor and government regulations, recruitment & selection, personnel administration, compensation, and training & development
f. Energetic, highly-motivated, able to work in team or individually and result oriented
g. Computer Literate (MS Office) and good command of English both oral and written
3. TECHNICAL STAFF (TS)
a. Male, 24 - 26 years
b. S1 degree in Economy
c. Min 1-2 yrs of experience
d. Computer literate
e. Energetic highly-motivated, able to work in team or individually and result oriented
f. Able to work under pressure and meticulous
